Account Deletion Policy

You can request account deletion by emailing support@hook.koncs.com from the email associated with your account.

After verification, Hook will delete or anonymize eligible account and profile data, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting reasons.

Deletion requests are typically reviewed within 30 days.
