Hook collects account, profile, verification, waitlist, and contact information to provide matchmaking, safety, authentication, support, and product communication.

We use Supabase and related infrastructure to store and protect user data. Access is limited to legitimate product, support, security, and compliance needs.

Users can request access, correction, deletion, or support by emailing support@hook.koncs.com.

We do not sell personal information. Profile visibility and sharing choices are handled through product privacy controls.
